Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use the NinthLoop Studio website or engage us for a custom project or digital purchase. They're written to be simple and fair.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the site or our services.

Services
NinthLoop Studio provides:
- Custom digital services — portfolios, websites, landing pages, business sites, and related work
- Digital products — templates, source code, and learning resources sold through our store
Project Process
Our normal workflow for custom projects follows six calm steps:
- Project request
- Discussion
- Quotation
- Development
- Review
- Delivery
Payments
Custom projects may require an advance payment to begin. Store purchases require full payment before the product is delivered. Payment verification is manual, and delivery follows verification.
Digital Store purchases follow this flow:
- Payment
- Manual Verification
- Product Delivery
- Purchase Complete
After successful delivery of the purchased product, the order is considered complete and becomes non-refundable. By purchasing from the Digital Store, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy before completing payment. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, source code, designs, and digital products remain the property of NinthLoop Studio unless ownership is explicitly transferred in writing (for example, on delivery of a completed client project).
Client Responsibilities
For a project to move smoothly, we ask clients to:
- Provide accurate information
- Respond to communication in a reasonable timeframe
- Review previews when shared
- Approve work before final delivery
Revisions
Revisions are offered based on the agreed project scope. Small adjustments are usually part of the workflow. Larger changes that go beyond the original scope may require additional time and cost.
Limitation of Liability
NinthLoop Studio is not responsible for:
- Outages or issues on third-party platforms
- Hosting or infrastructure failures outside our control
- Delays caused by missing information or slow feedback from the client
Termination
Either party may terminate a project under reasonable circumstances and according to the terms agreed at the start. Where a refund is involved, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
